Return Process
- 1.Request Authorization
Contact our customer support team within 30 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and specific shipping instructions.
- 2.Pack Your Tiles
Securely pack the unused tiles in their original packaging, ensuring all interlocking tabs are protected and the RMA number is clearly marked on the exterior.
- 3.Ship to Warehouse
Send your return via a trackable shipping carrier to our designated distribution center; please note that customers are responsible for return freight costs unless the product is defective.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items to confirm they are in resellable condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus any applicable restocking fees.
